Nordic Door presents highly classified interior fire- and sound proof doors: EI60/Rw 38dB and EI30/Rw 43dB. The doors cover fire requirements at 60 and 30 minutes, while having a high sound reduction values. These solid design doors with new technical solutions and modern laminate surfaces give the doors a longer lifetime and are particularly suitable for Scandinavian commercial- and institutional buildings. The construction of the doors we are presenting are developed in sustainable wood-based materials. The surfaces have a wooden structure, giving the doors a natural touch. We are showing three different door sets where the outside laminat surfaces is of wooden structure and the inside is coloured, in trending colours.
Besides the doors, we are also showing new and different solutions in hinges, end piece, thresholds, lock cases, handles and a 8 mm mechanical raise/lower threshold. The technical aspects with our products, contains a combination of different raw materials, ment to satisfy both sertification and the end users desired solutions.
Nordic Door has also delivered EI60/Rw 38dB to Hurum residential and care center – the world’s most enviromentally friendly health center, that produces more energy than it consumes. The architect for this building is the company LINK, which is one of the five largest architectural firms in Scandinavia.
