LAMILUX Flat Roof Access Hatch Comfort Square is a new family member to our family of exclusive roof access elements for roof terraces. With its opening dimension of 2000 x 2000 mm the Square element is designed for usage in combination with a spindle staircase. The opening system is a hydralic-based system that ensures a fast, secure, and very silent operation. The element is delivered preassembled and is equipped with a movement sensor for your personal safety. It can also be equipped with a battery backup that ensures operation under all circumstances.
The element is naturally EN-approved and is fully EPD-documented for usage in certified buildings.
